Deposits
I do require a non refundable deposit of £10, this is payable on the appointment being booked and will obviously be deducted from your therapy on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations
Due to a recent increase in last minute cancellations, I have had to put this policy in place.
If you need to cancel an appointment, then 24 hours notice is required. Whilst I understand that emergencies can occur, along with illness etc, I will use my discretion in such situations like these and will be happy for you to re-schedule. If the appointment is cancelled, with no valid reason offered, within the 24 hour cancellation period, then you will be required to pay the full amount of your treatment.
Whilst this may seem unfair to some, my time is wasted as I have probably turned other clients away for the time you booked yours, as well as additional costs that occur when opening up my centre.
I sincerely apologise for having to implement such a policy, but it has now become necessary.
