Intuitive Readings for clarity and guidance - £45 for a 1 hour reading or £30 for a 40 min reading.

Crystal Healing Therapy - £40 for 45 minutes
A tailored gentle non-invasive technique that involves using my hands to clear, energize and balance the body’s energy field.
Chakra Re-alignment / Reprogramming - £60 – 60 minutes
Chakra re alignment/ re programming is the process of restoring a harmonious flow of energy across the chakra system. The effect of a well-balanced chakras often translates into a feeling of flow, well-being, relaxation, centeredness and embodiment of oneself.
Sound Healing - £20 per person in a group session (1:1 available on request)
Sound healing is an ancient wellness practice for healing, relaxation and self care. The sound vibrations of sound healing instruments penetrate deep into the tissue. Improving blood circulation and metabolism, regulates muscle tension and deeply stimulates the tissue.
Meditation & Breathwork - £10 per person in a group class of 45 minutes
From beginner to advanced classes understanding and mastering the art of meditation.
Astrology Reading - £25 – 30 minutes
Also known as Astrology telling, A natal chart reveals the way you approach every aspect of your life. From your career path through to how you relate to money, your body image, relationships with family, friends and romantically. Your natural strengthens and weaknesses, identifying blocks holding you back along with your soul purpose.

Mindset Therapy - £50 for 60 minutes
Therapeutic strategy using a structured approach and the use of a tapping technique on certain meridian points to help release and heal trauma stored within the body. Combined with intuitive guidance and active healing this therapy is effective in treating a variety of mental health conditions.

All about Crystals Workshops (inc. grid work) - £25 per person in a group session inc. a crystal gift set to take away.
A beginner’s guide to all things Crystals, history, how to use them, how to charge, crystal grid work and much more. A workshop for all Crystal lovers just starting out or who have a collection but are unsure how to use them effectively.
